Delivery & Returns
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail, Second Class, recorded delivery. They will need a signature on delivery or instruction to leave in a secure place, the responsibility then lies with the customers. We aim to despatch orders received within 3 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Please email if the order is needed urgently so that an alternative method of delivery can be paid for and arranged.
For orders outside the UK please contact Frankly Sweet in advance for correct postage details. Orders outside the UK will be sent by Airmail, Airsure or courier according to weight.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange an item or would like a refund please contact us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Provided the goods are returned to us in an unused, new condition, with all the original packaging, we will fully refund the purchase price of the item. Postage costs cannot be refunded for exchange items. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods. In the case of a manufacturing fault you will be offered a full refund or replacement.
